The highest price to pay for the iPhone is S$678 for a iPhone 3G S 32Gb model for those who subscribe to the new iFlexi Lite Plan with 500MB bundle data at S$39 per month. You get the iPhone 3G S at a cheaper price if you subscribe to a higher Plan.
iPhone 3G S sold in Singapore is not SIM-LOCKED and therefore can be used on any network. But you need to subscribe to a Singtel Contract before you can get your hands on it. It will be expected to fetch more than S$1000 on the secondary market for those who want to use it on Starhub or M1.
